Media, Memes, and More Workshop

Media, Memes, and More Workshop

You know how to share a selfie. Now tell more of your story through MEDIA, MEMES, and MORE! In this 2 week workshop, you’ll learn how to use professional media production equipment to thoughtfully explore and share yourself and your world. You'll learn new ways to think about and express who you are and where you come from with local writers, artists, curators, and media producers. Develop your unique perspective, and translate your thoughts to words, sounds, and images in Genworth BrightLights Education Center's Digital Arts Lab at Dominion Arts Center.

Take a creative journey to answer “Who am I?” through digital storytelling with MEDIA, MEMES, and MORE. For 6th to 12th graders.
The camp runs weekdays July 10-21, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Genworth Brightlights Education Center of Dominion Arts Center:
600 E. Grace Street, Richmond, VA 23219.
