The wait is over…it’s time for the Genworth Lights Up! Youth Series Grand Finale!  

After being on the road all season, Richmond Performing Arts Alliance (RPAA) is bringing this free community event to their home venue, Dominion Energy Center for the Performing Arts, on May 11th. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering more than 20 interactive arts workshops and performances for youth of all ages!

Families will have the opportunity to participate in theatre, dance, music, digital media, and visual arts workshops provided by local artists and arts organizations, including Latin Ballet of Virginia, Virginia Stage Combat School, Cadence, Oakwood Arts, The Sage Nest, Jesse the Juggler, Richmond Ballet, Baby Artsplay!™ teaching artists, and MORE! 

Doors will open at 9:00 AM the day of the event for families to check in and choose their own arts adventure for the day.  Workshop and performance descriptions will be available soon on Richmond Performing Arts Alliance’s website.

On-site registration is available, though attendees are encouraged to pre-register to help RPAA plan in advance. Pre-registered parties will be entered into a drawing for a special giveaway!
