RPAA is the core support organization for the performing arts in the Richmond region. Since 2009, the organization has served nearly 3.5 million patrons and engaged over 48,000 students, educators, and families. As a champion for the performing arts RPAA provides:

• Training and employment opportunities for teaching artists
• Shared services for arts organizations
• Advocacy for the sector
